Ashley was delivered two months earlier when she was born, and weighed just 2lbs 8oz. Ashley was admitted to ICU for a month. The parents were told that her heart was going to need surgery for Christmas Day. The prayers were answered when Ashley's parents went in Christmas Day and were told by medical professionals that her heart was been shut. Ashley didn't require any procedure. With a weight of 4 1/2 pounds, Ashley was sent home for two more hospitalizations. Since that time, she's never had any illness! She has English, German and Irish heritage. Her mother's family originates from Ireland. The debut of her acting career was in the 2002 Salon Surprise Barbie Doll advertisement. Ashley was approached first by the Ford Modeling Agency when she turned eight. Her work was steady in the printing industry and remains with the Agency. When she was 10 Ashley decided to go into acting. Ashley went on to do 35 commercials before moving on to theatrical roles. It was her main passion to act. Ashley has given her complete time to acting. Modeling and dancing have been left behind. Ashley played "Hanna Marin" in the ABC Family show ABC Family, Pretty Little Liars (2010). Ashley was a guest performance in the music video for "True love" by Romeo Miller, aka Lil Romeo and Solange. Britney Spears also appeared in an Vogue Magazine photoshoot.
